Expects way too much without actually saying it. Might be a team issue, but even after trying (talking to management, taking initiative to learn, get new certifications etc.) multiple times, after applying to other roles that are similar, no initiative from the company to actually give me the chance.

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
