They promote based on call metrics not qualification it doesn't matter if you have degrees and training etc they only promote from calling metrics leading to people who dont actually know how to manage being managers.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
