Mission based company with long-standing reputation around the world. There is the desire to make the company better than it is with a strategic vision, executives in support of change, and opportunity that exists. Benefits are OK and getting better. Salary is higher than most nonprofits, but not competitive with forprofit companies.
Minpunten
There's a lot of time dedicated to things that don't matter. Many staff that are in place lack vision or skills to do what it is that the leadership wants to happen - and no one is doing anything to change that. Technology is seriously behind the times by 20 years. Barely an education budget so teams can continue to learn.
