Often picked for high-output roles, then paid less, their limited professional experience being the excuse while the company leverages their fresher, wider skillset. - Bottom-up ideas? Dead on arrival. Middle managers exist to execute the CEOs ideas, and seldom provide feedback or pushback for the sake of maintaining their position - There's no growth here.
