Customers were furious about constant calculation errors, and guess who had to take the heat? Us consultants. We were stuck explaining away glitches we had no control over, and ATOSS customer service? Laughably bad. There is no way to fix the problems ourselves, just hours wasted placating clients while ATOSS sat on their hands.
