Pluspunten
There are no reasons to work at ATS Secured. Casual dress code, having a beer at the company meeting on Friday afternoon, occasional company-provided snacks, and the illusion of flexible scheduling can not make up for the toxicity that exists in this workplace.
Minpunten
Passive aggressive, micromanaging, gossipy HR person Flexible hours are not really flexible Terrible pay Minimal PTO/Sick time No mentorship Sexism Favoritism While working at ATS Secured, I was told to "be more positive" after discussing serious concerns regarding the lack of requirements and resources that my team needed to do our job. The HR person called me a "freak" for reasons that are still unclear to me. I was repeatedly given unrealistic deadlines and expected to do work that I did not have the knowledge or experience to successfully implement, and yet my team and I were given no resources or mentorship to foster our growth. After working at ATS for nearly 11 months, my sister-in-law unexpectedly passed away. I was given no bereavement. I was allowed to take my one remaining "floating holiday" to attend the funeral, but the day that she died I let my team lead know that I would be working from home. I had not been planning to work from home, so I did not have my work computer with me. Thankfully, I was able to access what I needed from my personal computer. Instead of receiving condolences when I returned to work, I was greeted with suspicion because HR suspected me of skipping out on work since I left my computer at my desk. The only good people left at this company are either blind, trapped, or are holding onto some last shreds of hope that the rest of us cannot see.
