-talented people -small staff = close working relationships (still keep-in-touch w/ most) -out right at 6pm (maybe only stayed later than that twice) -"Beer-o-clock" Fridays

Minpunten

-lacking management direction for company as a whole (i.e. company goals etc.) -overall building isn't two secure (i.e. had 2 break-ins in our office in less than a year, other floors were broken into as well)

The hours are good. In at 9 and out at 6 with relatively little weekend work. There's free coffee and a happy hour every Friday.

Minpunten

The senior management is located in LA, and nearly all of the little people are in San Francisco causing a serious lack of communication. The account team, strategy and production are fully-staffed, while creative runs on a skeleton crew. With the creative department grossly outnumbered in personnel, they are consistently ignored. There is no attention to the quality of creative product, instead the driving force of every decision (no matter how irrational) are the needs of one specific person for the only relevant client.
