Dealers routinely call or write to vent their disappointment with the branches and the poor customer service. The competition is doing everything better. The only ones who won't accept it is the executive team whose inflated egos aren't talented nor smart enough to right the ship nor hold themselves accountable. Benefits are bad. Pay is average. New branches are smaller & in bad locations.
