Pluspunten
I have been with this company for more than 5 years now that has been transforming for me. I have seen this place grow from 15 people to hundred+ now. This place is for doers. There are long termers within the company who started as trainee like me and have a lot to say about this company’s culture and why we are still here. I saw a few discontent ex-employees using this site to irk others and hence I felt the need to say something here now. These are the ones who Tried to steal code but were caught. Tried to poach clients but were unsuccessful in delivering projects. Proving talk is cheap :). The comments of few senior employees are the one’s who have not got a job for 2 years after leaving this place.
Minpunten
The management should have dealt with these senior employees earlier in a much better way. Company has been lenient with these kind of people who had displayed substandard behavior.
