People are generally nice and easy to get along with. Relaxed atmosphere, and no pressure as long as your job is done. Bonuses are given if business is good, and are very generous

Minpunten

Sometimes to slow. Pay is just average, and so far after 2 or so years, no mention of a review or raise. Some have been promoted in position without any salary compensation! I'm sure the squeaky door gets the oil though. Company is family owned and very religious which I'm not and it's somewhat awkward at times

Is a good company for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in civil engineering. The leadership is supportive and genuinely invested in employee development. The projects are diverse and ranging from aviation to transportation and land development, which keeps the work engaging.

Minpunten

Like most engineering firms, there can be tight deadlines and periods of heavier workloads.
