I am a degreed Engineer who graduated last year from an accredited university and was hired about a year ago as Sales Application Engineer and recently became the Marketing Engineer. I have been given many different opportunities to grow as a professional. I got to learn a lot about different aspects of industrial automation. I, personally, really like supportive and helpful environment that higher management has fostered over time. This is a really good opportunity as a fresh graduate to learn various aspects of corporate world ranging from Sales, Marketing, Engineering, to Project Management. Higher management never falls short in appreciating your efforts. I have been exposed to various aspects of the business to learn and grow. There are people always there to help you, be it related to office work or outside of office. The owner of the company loves to teach about Industrial Automation world as he is the pioneer in the field. He likes to also help his employees adapt and succeed in outside world and helps them lay out unique paths for them to lead with boldness. I have learnt a lot from him regarding not just Industrial Controls but all aspects of life, so can you! The work environment is very pleasant and gives you great sense of belonging.

Would love to have a corporate Mercedes Benz to drive!

Nothing to say- just better than working at some Massage center.

The people who run the company don't have a clue what they are doing. No one working there is qualified for the Job title they have. The work place is too ugly and the management don't even pay attention to maintain a clean washroom. Once in a while they go to colleges and hire fresh graduates and exploit them by promising work Visa sponsorship and Green card. Later they make them work for more than 50+ hours at very low pay and ask them to do technician and cleaning jobs. The half baked Quack production team will blame among themselves or other workers for their shortcomings and try to find enlightenment every month end. The other lower grade employees are rude and become very offensive when their mistakes are pointed. This company is backwards by at least 20 years in comparison to it's peers. The owner thinks he is a Big Shot and he owns a Multi billion dollar factory. Lol. They rework on a brand new product for 10 times before sending it to customer and claim they have best quality. TBH they don't even have a Quality department! Most of them are sticking with this company because they can't find job in a better place. If they find one, they ditch this job and go. No one is satisfied with their job and work place culture, you can check with any current and former employees. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS COMPANY AND SPOIL YOUR CAREER.
