Not really a professional company

Not the best especially in training and a lot of favouritism

They were some good days at AWX. At the start they lived up to their values and unfortunately after COVID, its more to the favour on the upper management level than investing in training and upskilling their people.

A lot of favouritism within the company. Very hard to career progress unless you are close to the management. A lot of incompetent upper managements in the head office and no support for other branches when asked.
