Incredible investment process that stands the test of time. So close to bringing back its former success. Performance and product are excellent. Culture and values (of the employees not management) are exceptional, unique and compelling.
Minpunten
Parent company interference is detrimental to morale and the structure is inefficient. Little room for advancement with poor decision making around who is promoted to senior positions. Senior management under CEO are generally not good managers. Loyalty and tenure are no longer valuable currency. Parent company's control of comp and benefits are negatively impacting the ability to be competitive in the market.
