The benefits offered are quite competitive (probably due to being part of a major insurance group).
Minpunten
AXA Group Solutions, being a part of the AXA Group, only provides services to the group itself, which limits the career and growth opportunities, mainly when comparing with other IT firms. In a context of constant IT change, sometimes the most strategic changes are not always managed and communicated in the best way, which may lead to insecurity and stress in employees.
