      Benefit package, nice people working at lower levels

      Minpunten

      terrible middle to upper management. No chance of getting anywhere unless you brown nose the right people. Claim to be 'inclusive' but are anything but. Rife bullying culture.

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
