Good place to work and nice coworkers. You just have to be willing to give 100%. Management is willing to work with you and will listen to you but if your effort is lacking, you will hear about it. Good insurance (health, vision, dental and life), profit sharing, decent salaries, employer match with IRA.

Since it's a small company, sometimes you have to step in and do someone else's work if they're out for some reason.
