Pluspunten

Good pay, good benefits, they do actually care about the health and welfare of their employees. Flexible hybrid for some roles. Probably th best treated biotech employees in the city given th current state of the market.

Minpunten

Maybe some more management training before people become managers. Lots of sour grapes from fresh grads who have no idea how good they have it.

Supportive culture, top-notch scientists, learning and development opportunities, good benefits. If you are an early career scientist, you will learn a lot.

Their interview process was very long in 2021-2022. I don't know what the situation is now.
