It's a great balance of fresh energy and honoring what's already been built. Tons of growth opportunities since the company is actively scaling. The company offers 2 company wide mental health days plus 2 additional days you can choose yourself. It shows they actually care about employee wellbeing, not just talk about it.

As with any growing company, things can move quickly and processes are still being refined. But the openness to feedback makes this feel like growing pains rather than systemic issues.
