Very rude behavior of HR Manager, She just get advantage of being lady. Even Pakistan office in-charge has no authority in front of her. Late salaries, If employee demands salary then penalties are imposed on them. You can be fired just on same day suddenly. HR impose pressure on every current employee to add good review on Google about company. If you are late just for 1 minute for every 3 days, then a full day salary will be deducted. No casual leave. Very difficult to take leave. If you stay in company for more than 1 month then you will have salary of first month, otherwise no salary or just 50%. You can't work without contract, contract is renewal every year. You can't leave if you are in contract without giving 2 months salaries to company in advance. You can't stay in company without contract. If company wants to fire you, then they will have authority to fire without any notice on same day. They don't give you machines to for work, You need to have your own machine. If any employee left then they threaten by police or court case. If an employee left even with clearance, then his last month salary is not paid to him.
