Good contracts to work on with some high profile names. Normally, great support from colleagues too. They do seem to have a good eye for spotting talent. The managing director is a talented, well mannered and well articulated chap. Great to work with.
Minpunten
Colleagues can become crass due to the dumbed down work culture. Mostly due to sales dept. The company tries to have a gentleman's club vibe but in the end is no more than a boy scouts club. Pay is well below market average. No remote working. Due to it being a smaller business money can be held onto quite tightly, depending on the contract/project you are working on.
