functional sections of the company do not function, ie. hr doesnt know how the health plan works, or who to talk to about it; finance paid some people every 2 weeks, others bi monthly, and just stopped paying and took money back without notice to 'fix the problem', also took pto with no notice; security for passing clearances etc is not proactive, badges at buildings get turned off, sometimes for multiple days-even weeks, losing work time; recruiters do not understand the job they are recruiting for, and have been known to call current employees in a seat, to offer them a job in that seat; pms not trustworthy, threaten to fire reserve and guard employees for carrying out military obligations, left key parts of job out until several weeks after employment started, ie. the billet is moving to germany, pm actively fought against employees going tdy
