They can't wait so that engineers can deliver good product that makes themselves proud. They don't realize that some the disasters are results of rush. If they are serious about having a lot of clients, they should focus on making robust, scalable, and easy to use products. It means that AccelByte needs to spend much more effort on quality. They also need to have a better career path and career ladder. Make it so that employees feel that they are paid fairly. Don't wait until an employee ask for salary raise. Indonesians don't do that. The ones who ask salary raise might be the ones who least deserve it.
