You can sort of pick your path/grow expertise of your choosing. Seasoned teammates are very good about mentoring/ providing opportunities to grow skill set. Hands on learning. Pay is good/above average.

Workload varies, so flexibility is required. The industry is client-service, and projects can be delayed or escalated, so despite best efforts, things overlap more than planned and there can be light and high work days. Culture isn't a fit for everyone; you need to be a proactive team player/self-starter/comfortable learning a lot of skills to get the most from the opportunity; map out what you want to do/learn and engage teammates to get there.
