You work with very talented people. Some have great potential to work anywhere else and make more money and have decent work environment.

Minpunten

They don't train you properly and expect you to finish projects as you know what to do. You end up asking your coworkers and basically that's your training. There's no management, while you stay all night overtime without pay almost everyday to get approvals from your clients, your manager leaves at the dot at 6 pm waves you goodbye. Do not expect to leave at 6 pm. This is not a 9-6 job. You WILL stay till 7:30 and more every single day. You will have to deal with very rude clients, while they treat you like you are nothing, your management will allow them to do so. Very hard to get time off, even your PTO, they have limited resources and they won't give you your requested time off. Overall this was the worst place I've worked in my career.

Backed by WPP's Wunderman, enabled our teams to tap deep resource and open doors at the highest levels. I was impressed with the level of knowledge, experience and a unique balance of "drive" and care for work-life balance. Acceleration also has some outstanding leadership who are always ready to roll-up their sleeves and to pitch in, mentor and open doors to professional advancement.

Minpunten

Downsides are few ... being "smaller", there's always a tension in meeting a healthy level of demand with limited but exceptionally skilled resource (often, its a nice problem to have).
