- Benefits have improved, but for people who need the benefits for their families, it could be better (Leadership has been very transparent with this to employees sharing the Why and direction they want to move in) - Fast paced work - this is subjective, as it could be a pro to some, but worth noting that there is still a high standard for deliverables and demanding clients that need to be balanced with remote and flex working
