My first red flag should have been reading these reviews. The second red flag was when I received copies of all of the founder/former CEO's self help business books on my first day. The culture is bad - Despite the narrative they stick too on focusing on employee happiness and "work life integration," the core of the culture allows for the company to use their operating principles against employees. I watched colleagues be bullied, it became normal to have crying on Zoom calls and thought I was safe from it until I wasn't. Aggressive communication and insults are allowed as long as they aren't in writing, I promise. I wanted to quit after six months, I stuck it out longer and I really wish I didn't. There are several reviews in here about needing medication or therapy to deal with the stress and that's not an exaggeration, that is very common. There are other affiliate agencies that will pay you more and treat you better.
