Pay, bonuses, benefits are decent, they help pay towards your college degree, create lasting relationships with customers. Can advance within the company but hopefully you have a district manager that actually helps.

Minpunten

Managers always work 52 hours a week-48 hours paid after lunches. The hours are long. Weekends are mandatory so work to life balance is not easily achievable. You better be great at marketing or you won’t do well in this environment.
