This is one of the most toxic and micromanaged workplaces you can imagine. even basic bio breaks are tracked and can lead to disciplinary action. Leave policies are extremely rigid and unfair, with “freeze periods (Feb, Oct and Dec) where employees are not allowed to take time off, however, India director can go on a leave for 15 days in Dec. Compliance is a joke here, you can use anyone's ID to login to client's application even of the people who have resigned from the organization.Promotions are not based on merit but on favoritism and sycophancy, with managers focusing more on surveillance than actual leadership or client work. TL promoted last year has no work other than to do gatekeeping and keeping a track of BRB, Passing down all the news to the manager and acting like a teacher and scolding people for talking and laughing on the floor. Overall, this is not a workplace for anyone looking for growth, fairness, or basic respect.

Teams are generally supportive, and there’s a strong sense that people want to do the right thing—for clients and for each other. Leadership is accessible, and there’s transparency around business priorities and performance. The company is growing, which creates opportunities to take on new responsibilities, influence outcomes, and build skills quickly. Work is fast‑paced but engaging, and you’re rarely bored. There’s also good exposure to global teams and clients, which adds to professional development. Accertify does a good job balancing performance expectations with flexibility. While the environment is demanding, there’s recognition that people have lives outside of work, and flexibility is generally respected.

Like many growing companies, Accertify is still maturing its processes and structure. This can sometimes mean ambiguity around roles, priorities, or decision‑making, especially during periods of change or growth. Not all teams operate the same way, so experiences can vary depending on your manager or function. The pace can be intense at times, and change happens quickly. That’s energizing for some, but it may not be the best fit for those who prefer highly structured or slow‑moving environments.
