• Work life balance never exists • You're expected to be in office on the same day you reach Bangalore after an adventurous 36hrs long bus journey which you had to do for the company to earn in lakhs. • Payscale is 26 years old, so the term 'hike' is forbidden 🚫 • Your manager sits in the comfort of the office expecting you to stay in a Non AC room during the scorching summers of Rajasthan, obviously you're out there for the company to earn in lakhs !! • Be ready to carry your laptop even if you're on leave for your own marriage • They still believe they're best in the industry 😄
