      AO is very caring and hands-on with its employees. Tiff always makes sure that you feel you belong to the company and that you receive the support and care you deserve.

      Minpunten

      At times, there are minor issues when it comes to organising events and onboarding members. There can be missing information and repetitive follow-ups. For example, even after responding to an RSVP, I still receive follow-up emails, and then a few days later, another email or text asking if I will attend. There are also instances where important updates are missed. For example, my work anniversary is on the 5th of May, but I did not receive my contract renewal beforehand. I had to follow up after my anniversary, and only then was my contract sent.

      Although my time with Access Offshoring has been relatively short, my experience—from the initial job application process, through onboarding, to my current role—has been seamless and highly professional. I would like to commend the team responsible for making this possible; they have demonstrated exceptional professionalism, approachability, and a genuine understanding of employee needs. Having worked with several multinational companies, I can confidently say that the level of comfort and support provided by Access Offshoring, particularly in terms of human resources management, far exceeds that of my previous employers.
