There is no pro, this is the worst workplace you can be at. The satisfaction is extremely low, the score came back in single digit out of 100. Regardless what stage you are in with your career, this is the last place you want to be.
Minpunten
Toxic management. Leadership has no clue and doesn’t seem to care what is going on. The work culture does not promote health when it’s selling a health product. No adequate training for any employees who join the team. Many employees have been in oncology field for more than 30 years, no one has even encountered a workplace as horrendous as this place. Management used the word “start-up” to cover up mistakes and lie to their employees. Clinical knowledge is not appreciated here, and the consultants are heavily relied on for wrong reasons.
