PTO if you're allowed to take it. I missed funerals, and almost lost my kids in a custody case because they weren't understanding of real life issues. That's 5 days in 7 months.
Minpunten
Cons. No balance in the higharchy of the company. Your manager owns you, no matter how unreasonable his/her requests are. You will be expected to do 12-15 hours of work in 8 hours time. You will not recieve the proper training or understanding of any of the archaic 15 year old systems you are working with. You will be punished for system errors. Human resources are horrible an unresponsive. You will be punished for assumptions. No positive or negative feedback. Work is not delegated efficiently or effectively. You will be swamped your entire day, with no help while your boss shoves more and more on, every mistake you make while bogged down will be laundry listed and thrown in your face.. and you have to fix the mistakes without help. When you start, people will say run while you can, Do it. No one there is happy, everyone is scared of everyone.
