If you need lots of hours this is a good place to be.
It's mostly in clinic so you only have to be in one place .
You can work full time if you want to.
If you want to become a BCBA they give you supervision hours .

Depending on how long your session is with client you could have no brings the entire time you're working. I find this difficult because I drink a lot of water and so I am constantly having to hold it in because I have long sessions with clients and you cannot leave them alone.
The job can get really overwhelming and could be taxing to your mental health without the right support system around you.
The management staff niceness seems a bit forced.
