- bad decision making especially regarding financials, always in financial trouble, letting go of people and then hiring people shortly after - always asking for feedback and how they can be better but never implementing anything, get very defensive when trying to discuss anything company related - terrible benefits, healthcare quite bad and no bonuses, no flights home - toxic culture only rewards those who "play along" -advertises that they care about mental health and have even won awards, but actually do not take an interest or care about anyone who is in need/ reaches out
