They went through a significant acquisition mode for years, and with each acquisition their interest in staff declined. They no longer value their staff as they once did. Culture is BRUTAL. The company is only interested in making money for their equity partners. Raises are few and far between and if you are one of the lucky ones, don’t expect more than 1%.
