- Poor management, TL don't aware of how to assign work to resources, how to explain things and discuss with client, even they don't know how to discuss with client in a formal and gentle way. - They never respect dedicated and hardworking employees, appreciation goes to some of their puppet employees on every occasion. - Not beginner friendly, they assign data entry work. - Unprofessional
