Management will lie to you in your interviews making promises they can’t keep. Will tell you 50 hours a week and then deny overtime. Will offer you free lunch Fridays and say they can’t afford it. Will tell you they are very flexible with days off but even when days are requested and approved they will hold it against you and list it as a call out. In his case he doesn’t know anything . They also laid off a mechanic who has worked for the company for over 10 years for no reason at all. There was also a driver whom was hired at the same time I was who never missed a day of work who was also fired for no reason at all other than speaking the truth about the company.
