There is no pros here.

1) Salary Delay on everymonth. Every 2 months or 3 months once they paying the one month salary. 2) PF Violation - They will detect the pf amount every month but not pay to the EPFO 3) Financial Audits required for investors ( florent might sell this company) 4) Technology - Non Technical Management even they don't know about basics of a software company process. 5) Worst work culture - There is no process flow here , work flow because no one know there how to run a IT company.

Good product. Good developers in Pune office. Though I struggled at start, once the culprit tech lead left, everyone enjoyed working here.

Documentation should be done earlier. Better if we follow AGILE-SCRUM approach.
