- Too much work and no rewards. - No employee development. Company founders do not care about employees, and think they are all replaceable. - Bad leadership. Company leadership/founders have no idea of how to run a company. They run it as a mom and pop shop. - Leadership/founders are not honest at all and do not deliver on things promised to employees, just as salary increases, bonuses or rewards for going above and beyond the job description. - No open communication.
