LOL. Honestly can’t think of any. I mean there’s Fridays when you can play dart and drink beer. But who wouldn’t after all the stress of the week?

Minpunten

Micromanaging is insane. You literally have to suck up to your manager if you still want your job. The mistrust in the environment really makes it hard to put in your best effort. You have to come to work super early and you are seen as unserious if you leave when you should. Everyone wants to be the last to leave just to show they are working hard. It’s ridiculous.

Great team and a small organization so there is plenty of opportunity to have your ideas heard and to work in areas outside of your job description. Good work is rewarded with new opportunities. In-house massages offered every second Monday. Team building outings and pot luck meals are are fun way to build good working relationships.

Minpunten

Only two weeks of vacation which is less than some other employers.
