Not enough room for advancement within the organization. Jobs shipped offshore. The usual corporate rhetoric with regard to ongoing layoffs, burn out for those who survived multiple phases of layoffs, No real HR support

I tried all I could, but the environment is too demanding for me to meet the deadlines. Too stressful. I want to live longer.
