      Pluspunten

      Lot of opportunity for growth. A lot to learn both from a Buyer Planner perspective as well as operationally. You will get exposed to a lot cross-functional work and leads to good collaboration.

      Minpunten

      Projects will come in waves. Take advantage of the downtime when its present and prepare for when things pick up - best time to take advantage of opportunities.

      Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

      Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
