-The job takes over your life -Unrealistic sales goals -Ridiculous hours -Upper management works far from their district -Low commission -Pay structure is a mess -Shady employees The list can go on honestly...

Constant change in this industry. Have to be prepared to embrace change with a positive attitude.

Better pay then other retailers. "moving up within the company" was true for myself, cant say the same for others. Has been a great experience. Learned alot with technology and managing skills. Great bonuses and spiffs to sell more. This job isnt for everyone but if your a self motivator and can sell you can make alot of money here

upper management, always felt like owners/chq didnt care about their reps and their lifes outside of work. benefits. policies. there was no real structure when I first started
