Work load was reasonable to manage.

Minpunten

Commission structure wasn't setup for the employee to make reasonable commission while company is making 10's of thousands a week in one store. Hard to motivate employees let alone keep them for a year or more when pay is inadequate.

Pluspunten

Great management group supported the store. Provided all of the resources needed to be successful. Truly empower employees. Aggressive performance based compensation in addition to competitive salary.

Minpunten

Constant change in this industry. Have to be prepared to embrace change with a positive attitude.

Pluspunten

Better pay then other retailers. "moving up within the company" was true for myself, cant say the same for others. Has been a great experience. Learned alot with technology and managing skills. Great bonuses and spiffs to sell more. This job isnt for everyone but if your a self motivator and can sell you can make alot of money here

upper management, always felt like owners/chq didnt care about their reps and their lifes outside of work. benefits. policies. there was no real structure when I first started
