The Chairman did a great job of buying a lot of unique and profitable companies.

The CEO and COO formed them into a homogenous blob and awarded themselves loads of shares. All the time conning the employees it was all about giving staff better opportunities. Actually, they made a dull ‘cookie cutter’ company with no original products - making it ready to turn a quick buck with a sale. Selling out their staff they had promised so much to.
