The coworkers are nice and just trying to do their job and health customers

Minpunten

The pay is low. The management is early out of their office to see how things are going. They change your schedule without any notice.

Pluspunten

Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

Minpunten

Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
