Pluspunten
I rarely leave reviews, however working at Adaptiva has been pretty good and I considered it as one of the better companies that I've worked for. The management is transparent with everything that is going on, approachable and open to feedback. If you want to work at a company where you can make a difference and be part of a team who is smart and humble, then Adaptive is the place. The benefits are also some of the best in the industry (to be totally honest - it provides the best health insurance that I've ever had elsewhere). Like any company, Adaptiva is by no means perfect, but one must be fair and realistic. It is like I said, it is a good company with great benefits, and I feel proud to know that I am part of team that builds world-class products that makes a difference.
