      Young atmosphere that makes sure to put the play hard in their "work hard, play hard" culture. Really great place to work alongside great people.

      Minpunten

      Very important to be hitting all numbers required- you are watched very closely if not., almost feels as though you will be micromanaged if something you are doing isn't perfect.

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
