If you like drinking, they do a ton of it.

Minpunten

-Only hires new college grads so the environment is very immature and gossipy - Drinking constantly is not "company culture" - Zero flex!! If you try to leave at 4:59 you are in trouble - Micro manages how many calls you make, conversations you had, voicemails you left, everything. - You spend 90% of your time cold calling - High producing salesman to NOT make good managers. - Employees are considered "tenured" after 1 year of employment, red flag! - Benefits are awful and expensive - There are so many reasons this place has extremely high turnover

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
