The people I worked with are nice. It can be a collaborative environment if you seek it. I had the opportunity to work on a few interesting engagements.

There is little control over the engagements you are placed on. Months can go by without anyone checking in on you.

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
